“Rooms need updating, although they are very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Calypso Restaurant is styled nicely, however, the female bartender needs extensive customer service training.”

“The room was clean. Furnishings were tasteful. Loved the fall decorations. Breakfast had hot selections.”

“Beautiful Property. Very good restaurants”

“Super clean rooms and great staff.”

“Don’t stay here”

“From the minute I entered the lobby, there was an indescribable 'aroma'. Although my room appeared to be clean, there was the distinct odor of must and urine. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in years and I certainly don't intend to book a room in the future. The absolute best thing about this location was the young lady who tended to the breakfast room. She was courteous, friendly, helpful and kept the available items well-stocked.”

“El vender machine no servía y no pude obtener una botella de agua para mi CPap. El proceso de heck in tardó mucho. Fuera de eso el desayuno estaba bueno y buena limpieza”

“Roaches!!! Was moved into a room that still had roaches and wreaked of cigarettes. Was told the reason for the roaches was because it was an older hotel and sometimes theres just bugs 🙄🙄 This is the second time ive dealt with this hotel and their roaches!! I drove 10 hours and was exhausted . No offer of nothing but the excuses they gave me... I will NEVER stay there again.”

“Do not stay at this property unless you don’t care if your room is not cleaned daily! Also, I didn’t like the staff at the front desk. How can you tell customers to put chairs back in their right place in the lobby area. That’s not being hospitable! That’s the reason why you have housekeepers! I guess they don’t have enough of them!!!!”
